Return and Refund Policy

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without providing reasons, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Product. This period begins from the day on which the last Product was received in the case of separate delivery of multiple Products ordered in a single order.

The Product must be returned to the Owner without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which the decision to withdraw from the contract was communicated.

The direct cost of returning the Product is the responsibility of the User, unless the Owner has stated that it will bear this cost. In the event of a correctly exercised withdrawal, the Owner will refund the payments received from the User using the same payment methods as the initial transaction, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which the User communicated their wish to withdraw from the contract.

Delivery costs will not be refunded if the User has expressly chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive type offered by the Owner.

The Owner will not accept the return of Products that exhibit malfunctions due to improper use, negligence, damage, or physical or aesthetic alterations. Products must be unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging and any accessories.

Exclusions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded for:the supply of Products whose price is linked to fluctuations in the financial market;Products made to measure or clearly personalised;Products that risk deteriorating rapidly, including food and beverages;Sealed Products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if opened;Products that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods;contracts for visits requested by the User for urgent repair work.

The use of the Application implies acceptance of these conditions by the User. The User is responsible for the truthfulness of the information provided during registration and guarantees to keep their access credentials confidential.

Guarantee of Conformity for Material Products for Consumer UsersConsumer Users are entitled to the guarantee of conformity provided for by the Consumer Code.

The Owner is liable for any lack of conformity that occurs within two years of delivery. During the first year, the User is not required to demonstrate that the defect existed at the time of delivery. To take advantage of the guarantee, the User must communicate the defect via email to info@lonard.it.3. Shipping Policy

Material Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the User, according to the methods and times chosen or indicated on the Application. Unless otherwise stated, the delivery terms specified in the order confirmation email indicate the period normally required for delivery. In the event that it is not possible to provide the requested Products, the User will be informed and may choose to accept the new terms or request a refund. It is the User's responsibility to verify the conformity of the Product and the integrity of the packaging upon delivery.

4. Legal Notice

The owner of the Application is Lonard srl, with registered office at Via Giacomo Balla n. 9 – 09013 Carbonia SU, VAT number 04094160928. The Application is intended exclusively for Consumers, that is, individuals purchasing for purposes unrelated to their commercial activities.

The Order sent by the User constitutes a contractual proposal, which will be accepted by the Owner by sending an order confirmation to the email provided by the User.

The User is obliged to report any errors in the order and to keep a copy of the confirmation and the Conditions. 

Limitation of Liability

The Owner cannot be held liable towards the User, except in the case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, for any disservice or malfunction related to the use of the internet network. The Owner is not liable for damages, losses, or costs incurred by the User due to contractual breaches for reasons not attributable to them. Under no circumstances may the Owner be held liable for an amount greater than double the cost paid by the User.

Force Majeure

The Owner cannot be held responsible for failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure events. The fulfilment of the Owner's obligations will be considered suspended for the period during which force majeure events occur.

Links to Third-Party Sites

The Application may contain links to third-party sites/applications. The Owner does not exercise any control over them and is therefore not responsible for the contents of these sites/applications.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The Conditions are subject to Italian law. For Consumer Users, any dispute will be handled by the court of the place of residence or elected domicile of the User, if located within the territory of the Italian State.

Online Dispute Resolution for Consumer Users

The Consumer User residing in Europe should be aware that the European Commission has established an online platform for alternative dispute resolution. This platform can be used to resolve in a non-judicial manner any disputes related to contracts for the sale of goods and services concluded online.
